School Development v3.5.0 Update
This update includes the following changes:
- School Development is now integrated with
the EduK12 Online Community to allow the
following
prospective families can request
information online;
donations can be made online;
School Development can be accessed
through the EduK12 web site login.
- Prospective student grade levels can be
updated automatically;
- Accounts can be set up with multiple types
giving access to selected parts of the
program;
- Donors can be associated with multiple
types;
- Pledges can be recorded with multiple
payments;
- Event expenses can now be recorded;
- A report on Event expenses that gives the
Net Income for an event has been added;
- The ability to export various lists to
Excel or text files has been added;
- Amounts received on Student Fundraisers
can be entered for students sorted by class or
by the entire school alphabetically;
- A report on Class Totals for Student
Fundraisers has been added;
- Class Fundraising Tally Sheets can be
printed to record money received by students.
- A Family/Student Summary report has been
added that shows the goals and amounts raised
by families for each event.
- A letter has been added that can be sent
to each family showing their amounts raised
for the year.
- The Student Names are now input with first
and last names.
- The date of birth and gender has been
added to the student information.
- The Prospective student list can be
printed by family or by grade level.
- A problem with showing the Parent names
correctly in the View Prospects Lists has been
fixed.
- A problem with viewing the Student
Fundraiser Report has been fixed.
- A problem with importing Parent names into
the School Administrator has been fixed.
