This school management software program consists of various modules that allow you to
manage your school's data, view information about your families, students
and teachers, and create reports about your school. The components include
School Data, Attendance, Report Cards, Tuition, Lunch and Calendar & Daily
Announcements.
School Administrator can be installed on a local computer at your school
with access to the program throughout the building or we can provide a
complete hosting solution at our EduK12
Online Community with access from any computer
connected to the Internet.
The program itself must be installed on a Windows PC, but it can be
accessed from both Windows and Macintosh computers through their web
browsers.

Class Administrator

Class Administrator is an electronic gradebook program. It comes in a
web-based online version
if you subscribe to our
EduK12
Online Community Complete Web Site Solution
or as a Microsoft Excel Workbook program that is installed locally. It is used in conjunction with our School
Administrator program to create final report cards.
The Class Administrator
Excel program comes in either Windows or Macintosh versions. The Windows version requires
Microsoft Excel 2000 or later. The Macintosh version requires Microsoft Excel
2001 or later.

School Development |
|
|
School Development allows you to enter and view
information on donors, alumni and prospective families. You can track money
raised by fundraising events involving students or the community. You can
generate reports that show a history of donor contributions. You can create
mailing labels, send emails and print tax letters.
School Development integrates with our School Administrator program.
Information on current families and students are accessed through the databases
in School Administrator and can be imported into School Development. Information
on prospective families can be exported from School Development to School
Administrator once the students are enrolled.

Bookworm Media Catalog
System |

The
Bookworm Media Catalog System
is a school library system that
catalogs library media materials and records student check-out and check-in
of those materials.
Once the
materials are entered into the system, students can search for available
materials from any computer on the school’s network through a web browser. Librarians can record the check-out and check-in of
materials and identify materials that are overdue, damaged or lost. Reports
can be generated of daily activity, checkout summary and media details. An
overdue parent letter can also be printed. |

School Nurse Aide |

| The School Nurse Aide application is an
add-on to the School Administrator program for the Health Office. It is designed to help manage
student visits to the school nurse’s office. Features include the ability to
maintain current and historical visit information, immunization
and other medical information that helps the school provide the best
possible health care to the students. |
