First Name, Last Name fields are now included for Teacher/Staff
accounts. To change your current teacher names, go to Enter/Change Teacher/Staff
Info and click on Edit by the person you wish to change. The teacher's full name
will be in the Last Name field. Move the first name to the First Name field and
delete any spaces, commas, etc. in the Last Name field. You should not include a
salutation with the first name. Salutations should be set through the Salutation
field.

New Grade Level options for PK1 and Nursery can now be set up.

The Student's entire middle name can now be entered.

A link has been included between the Change Family Info and the
View Family Info screens.

A new Counselor account type has been added. For those schools
with the complete online solution, the Counselor account type can view all
teacher gradebooks.

A Pay Type of Upfront Payment is now included. If this Pay Type
is selected, the amount of the Upfront Payment is deducted from the Tuition Owed
before the Monthly or other Payment amounts are calculated.

Tuition Statements can now be printed that combine Elementary
and Preschool tuition into one statement and payment amount.

Lunch Purchases can now be recorded for specific Lunch Types and
those specific purchases can be viewed in the Daily Lunch Report. Go to Enter
Lunch Options to set this option.

An option can be set to view families with lunch balances below
a certain dollar amount the first time the System Administrator or Lunch
Administrator open the program so you can print letters or email them
information about their balance. Go to Enter Lunch Options to set this option.

Lunch Purchase information can now be recorded when only a
Comment is entered with no purchase made.

Breakfast Costs can now be included with the Lunch Statements
and Letters.

A new Student Lunches Served Report will show individual student
purchases of lunches for each day of the year in a format that can be exported
to Excel.

Lunch Balance letters can now be emailed from the
Check Lunch Balances link.

A check is done for End of Year duties to prevent schools from
doing them more than once.
