1. First Name, Last Name fields are now included for Teacher/Staff accounts. To change your current teacher names, go to Enter/Change Teacher/Staff Info and click on Edit by the person you wish to change. The teacher's full name will be in the Last Name field. Move the first name to the First Name field and delete any spaces, commas, etc. in the Last Name field. You should not include a salutation with the first name. Salutations should be set through the Salutation field.

2. New Grade Level options for PK1 and Nursery can now be set up.

3. The Student's entire middle name can now be entered.

4. A link has been included between the Change Family Info and the View Family Info screens.

5. A link has been included between the Change Student Info and the View Student Info screens.

6. You can now send email in a Rich-Text format.

7. Email now includes an option for all families including preschool.

8. There are new simplified formats for entering Calendars and Lunch/Breakfast menus.

9. Export Lists now include Emergency Contacts with the Student option and Current Students with the Family Option.

10. A simplified method of converting Export Lists or Custom Reports to an Excel workbook has been implemented.

11. View Family/Student Lists now includes Excluded Directory Info for families and options for Families Enrolled Next Year and New Families Enrolled Next Year.

12. You can add new items to the IEP list.

13. A new comment field for Special Services is included.

14. A new medical field for Can give Tums is included.

15. Class Lists can now include Custom Field Info.

16. View Class/Grade Level Loads now includes Oldest/Only info.

17. Printing Mailing Labels now includes options for All Grades Excluding Kindergarten and Preschool and for Oldest Student with Parent Names only.

18. A line of text can now be added to the Labels.

19. A new Counselor account type has been added. For those schools with the complete online solution, the Counselor account type can view all teacher gradebooks.

20. A Pay Type of Upfront Payment is now included. If this Pay Type is selected, the amount of the Upfront Payment is deducted from the Tuition Owed before the Monthly or other Payment amounts are calculated.

21. Tuition Statements can now be printed that combine Elementary and Preschool tuition into one statement and payment amount.

22. Lunch Purchases can now be recorded for specific Lunch Types and those specific purchases can be viewed in the Daily Lunch Report. Go to Enter Lunch Options to set this option.

23. An option can be set to view families with lunch balances below a certain dollar amount the first time the System Administrator or Lunch Administrator open the program so you can print letters or email them information about their balance. Go to Enter Lunch Options to set this option.

24. Lunch Purchase information can now be recorded when only a Comment is entered with no purchase made.

25. Breakfast Costs can now be included with the Lunch Statements and Letters.

26. A new Student Lunches Served Report will show individual student purchases of lunches for each day of the year in a format that can be exported to Excel.

27. Lunch Balance letters can now be emailed from the Check Lunch Balances link.

28. A check is done for End of Year duties to prevent schools from doing them more than once.

For those schools with the complete web site solution:

1. You can now allow 2nd Families to view Lunch Balance information for children associated with them. Go to Change Current Family Info to set this option for 2nd Families.

2. The web site now includes the option to view both Lunch and Breakfast menus. Log in to the Web site as the Web Administrator and click on Enable Web Site Info to enable that option.

For Kansas Schools:

1. The KIDS Collection has been updated for the new year. The new SCRS collection has not yet been implemented. That will be available in a future update prior to the SCRS Collection date.
