The School Nurse Aide Application screen allows the user to
select various actions to enter student information. These include student
visits, screenings, medical and immunization information.
The left side of
the screen contains the Data Section. This section shows the student and
office visit information. There are four views in this section; Visit,
Immunization, Contact and History. Select the hyperlinks in area B of figure
1 to select the different views.
The right side of the screen contains the Action
Section. This section contains views that give the ability to add, change,
delete, and view the information contained in the Data Section. There are
five views in the section; Entry, Review, Schedule, Student and Audit.
