Vocabulary words are identified in italicized font in the text and are listed at the end of each time period.
Study Guide Questions are provided at the end of each section. These can be used as individual assignments or for group or class discussions. Group and class activities and crossword puzzles are given for each time period in the Student Activities Section. The answers to the Study Guide Questions and the crossword puzzles are found in the Teacher Files.
It is recommended that the Teacher browse the various links to see what information is available to the students. These links can be used to develop more questions about the people, places or events which are described in the linked web site.
