Class Administrator is a Microsoft Excel gradebook
program that is used in conjunction with our School
Administrator program to create final report cards. Class Administrator
comes in either Windows or Macintosh versions. The Windows version requires
Microsoft Excel 2000 or later. The Macintosh version requires Microsoft Excel
2001 or later.
Following are some of the features of our Class Administrator
program.

Classes can be created with numerous grading options, such as
total points, total points with term averages, weighted categories and weighted
categories with term averages.

Term and Final grades are calculated automatically as assignments
and individual grades are entered.

Reports can be generated for individual student progress reports
for single or multiple classes, and class or assignment summaries.
|
|
Grades can be exported directly to our School Administrator
program, exported to a Report Card Workbook that is included with the Class
Administrator program, or exported to a text file for use with other school management
programs.

|
If your school has an account with the
EduK12 Online Community, progress reports can be
posted to your school's web site for families to view over the Internet.
|
|
Class Administrator works as an add-in
to Microsoft Excel. Classes are set up as worksheets in a single gradebook, so
it isn't necessary to create separate files for each class taught.
