Screenings

There is one special visit reason called a Screening. A screening
entails checking the hearing and vision of the student. When the Reason
field is set to Screening the view is changed to allow recording of the
Hearing and Vision results. Because screenings are often done for an entire
class at once there is a quick method of scheduling office visits for an
entire class at once. On the Schedule Action View press the Schedule
Class Screening hyperlink. This changes the view to allow the selection of an
entire class.
