The School Nurse Aide application is designed to help manage student visits to the school nurse’s office. Features include the ability to maintain current and historical visit information, immunization information and other medical information that helps the school provide the best possible health care to the students.

This application integrates with the School Administration System. Much of the information displayed in the application, such as student and teacher information is maintained by the School Administration System.

The left side of the screen contains the Data Section. This section shows the student and office visit information. There are four views in this section; Visit, Immunization, Contact and History. Select the hyperlinks in area B of figure 1 to select the different views.

The right side of the screen contains the Action Section. This section contains views that give the ability to add, change, delete, and view the information contained in the Data Section. There are five views in the section; Entry, Review, Schedule, Student and Audit. Select the hyperlinks in area F of figure 1 to select the different views.
