Audit View

The Audit View becomes available when the Audit process is executed.  The audit process will scan through all the office visits checking for any missing information.  The Audit View shows a list of all office visits that were found to have missing information.  This process provides a very quick way of finding the office visits that have never been completed.  The bottom of the Entry View form is changed to show a list of values that are missing.  This provides an easy way to view what information needs to be completed in order for the office visit to be considered complete.

Note:  The audit process also marks office visits as Complete when it determines there is no missing information.
